Flexee collects and processes only the information needed to create user accounts, run simulations, manage teams, record simulation decisions, and provide dashboards, reports, and after-action insights.
Typical data may include user name, email address, assigned course or program, team membership, simulation decisions, performance results, and platform usage activity related to the simulation experience.
Standard Flexee simulations do not require sensitive personal, financial, health, government identification, or payment-card information from learners or end users.
Institutional privacy and compliance review
Flexee can support institutional procurement, privacy, security, FERPA-related, GDPR-related, and vendor review processes by providing information about data handling, access control, user roles, simulation data, and implementation workflows.
Flexee does not publish SOC 2, ISO 27001, FERPA certification, or GDPR certification claims on this website. Any institution-specific security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, or vendor review requirements can be discussed during procurement or onboarding.
Access control
Flexee supports role-based usage for learners or end users, faculty, administrators, and implementation teams. Access to dashboards, reports, team data, and simulation outcomes depends on the user role and the deployment setup.
Faculty and administrators can view simulation activity, team progress, outcomes, and exportable reports where enabled for their course, program, or implementation.
Data storage and retention
Flexee stores simulation-related data required to operate courses, programs, pilots, and institutional deployments. Data retention, export, and removal requests can be discussed during onboarding or procurement review.
Integrations
Flexee is a browser-based platform and does not require local installation for standard use. Institutions can use Flexee for classroom, online, executive education, and organizational training deployments.
LMS usage, reporting workflows, data exports, single sign-on requirements, custom builds, and other integration needs can be reviewed with the Flexee team during implementation planning.
API availability
Standard Flexee deployments do not require public API access. API, data exchange, or custom integration requirements for institutional or custom deployments can be discussed with the Flexee team.
